- I'm a Christian, homeschooling mom of four amazing kids. I spend most of our days trying to instill a love of learning in our kids. I am also the wife of the most loving, giving man in the entire world. I enjoy a simple life, spending my time with my family doing anything we feel up to. I am so very grateful for everything that God has given us,and hope that my family can be shining examples of Jesus.
This week...
Well, we made it another week! Yippee for us! We are all getting so excited for fall coming that it's hard to stay focused on school. The kids are already scoping out costumes for Halloween, and I think they've all decided on what they will be. We will be taking a week off in October just to enjoy the weather change and new season. As for school, we studied Mercury this week and how craters are formed on its surface. We also made small, flour models of Mercury that the kids loved doing! It was a huge mess so it was really fun for them. This weekend we hope to make a small model of The Nile River since we are now studying it. I'm hoping to get pics posted soon!
